All sites are assigned on a first come first serve basis and require a deposit (in separate check) in addition to your exhibitor fee.  The deposit can be picked up at the fair office at the close of the fair if your space remains open until that time. 

All vendors must return contract, vendor information sheet, deposit check, and exhibitor fee.

Non profit exhibition vendors

Your booths will be set up in the Multi-Purpose Building (Hockey Building) which is new this year.  

The spaces are 10x10 for $50 per booth.  There is a $50 deposit require to be sent with your exhibitor fee.

No tables or chairs are provided.

The building opens at 11am - 10pm daily during the duration of the fair with the exception of Wednesday's opening at 5pm for the public with 4-hjudging during the day from 12-7pm and Sunday's closing at 6pm. 

Set up can start on Tuesday after 10am.   All booths will be marked with your company name.   No alterations may be made to the booths without prior approval.

For Profit Exhibition vendors

Your booths will be set up in the blue commercial building the same as years past.

The spaces are 10X12 for $75 per booth plus a $15 electric charge. There is a $50 deposit required to be sent with your exhibitor fee.

No tables or chairs are provided.

The building is open 11am - 10pm daily during the duration of the fair with the exception of Wednesday's opening at 5pm and Sunday's closing at 6pm.

Set up can start on Tuesday after 10am.  All booths will be marked with your company name.  No alterations may be made to the booths without prior approval.
