There are two areas to display your product.  On the Miway or inside the Exhibition Building.  All sites are assigned on a first come first serve basis and require a $50 deposit (in separate check) in addition to your exhibitor fee.  The deposit can be picked up at the fair office at the close of the fair if your space remains open until that time. 

All vendors must return contract, vendor information sheet, deposit check, and exhibitor fee.

Midway

The midway is divided into zones and is charged by footage  (all sites are 20 feet deep) + a $10 Elec. charge

All units must be freestanding.

Merchandise must be listed on the vendor sheet.

Check in at the fair office upon arrival.  Set up can start on Tuesday and must be complete by Wednesday at 5pm.

Exhibition Buidling

The spaces are 10X12 for $60.00 per booth plus a $10 electric charge.

No tables or chairs are provided.

The building is open 11am - 10pm daily during the duration of the fair with the exception of Wednesday's opening at 5pm and Sunday's closing at 6pm.

Set up can start on Monday after 10am.  All booths will be marked with your company name.  No alterations may be made to the booths without prior approval.
